<![CDATA[Regional Innovation is an implementation guideline for local governments in carrying out innovation practices in the administration of regional government. The innovation that was carried out this time was related to public service innovation. This study aims to determine the role of the population administration service system and civil registration in providing service convenience. This research is a qualitative research and data collection techniques through publications, namely secondary data. The results and discussion of this study indicate that the existence of a population and civil registration administration system (SI PANDU CAPIL) has a very important role in providing easy service to the people of Bintan Regency. SI PANDU CAPIL is effective and efficient in providing public services, namely relating to population administration and civil registration with the geographical location of Bintan Regency which is very broad. Therefore, the public does not need to come directly to the Department of Population and Civil Registry, it is enough to go through technology by visiting the website and filling in the necessary data according to what is being taken care of.]]>
