<![CDATA[This study purpose to solve problems related to maintenance of the Double Dead End construction on the Overhead Line 20 kV overhead line which so far has been carried out in maintenance by offline condition overhead line so that it can disrupt the continuity of the supply of electrical energy to consumers. Therefore, the authors tried to innovate a new equipment design that is used in Live Line Maintenance, named innovate equipment is Cowok 3 in 1 (Construction for Work 3 in 1) for the maintenance of Double Dead End construction. The use of this equipment is intended to avoid power outages to customers when maintenance work for Double Dead End construction is carried out. Besides that, apart from being the main equipment for maintenance of Double Dead End construction, it can also be used for other maintenance such as maintenance of Dead End construction, maintenance of tension insulators and maintenance of unraveled wire in overhead line. The maintenance equipment has also been tested at the PLN UPDL Semarang laboratory regarding its feasibility in the form of a tensile test to determine the mechanical strength of the Temporary Insulator material, where the test results are capable of withstanding a load of up to 1000 kg and electrical insulation testing is also carried out by injecting a voltage 100 kV distance of 30 cm for 1 minute on the Temporary Insulator test results do not occur arcing jumps. This equipment has been implemented at PLN UPDL Semarang and PLN Area Surabaya Selatan.]]>
