Studi Postur pada Pengoperasian Trailer Pivot II Modifikasi pada Traktor Roda Dua dengan Roda Ban di Lahan Sawit

Abstrak. Penggunaan traktor tangan di Indonesia cukup efektif karena petakan lahan yang terdapat di Indonesia relatif kecil. Namun pada pelaksanaannya terdapat kendala seperti stang kemudi yang sulit dikendalikan pada lahan sawit. ada gerakan yang memiliki risiko cukup tinggi ketika pengoperasian traktor tersebut. Seperti halnya berbelok, gerakan ini memiliki risiko yang cukup tinggi karena operator hanya menggunakan satu tangan dan postur tubuh yang terlihat sangat membungkuk. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis postur operator pada saat pengoperasian trailer pivot II menggunakan traktor roda dua di lahan sawit. Lingkup yang dikaji pada kajian ini adalah berfokus pada menganalisis postur dengan pendekatan RULA (rapid upper limb assessment).  Hasil analisis terhadap skor akhir RULA yang didapat terhadap operator A,B dan C masih dalam angka skor aman, dimana rerata skor yang didapat menunjukkan Skor 3 dan 4.Skor akhir tersebut dapat disimpulkan dapat bahwa postur operator  tergolong aman pada pengoperasian trailer pivot II dilahan sawitOperator’s Posture Study On Pivot II Type Trailer Operation Using Two Wheel Tractor On Pneumatic Wheel In Palm LandAbstract. The application of hand tractors in Indonesia is quite effective because the land plots in Indonesia are relatively small. However, in practice there are obstacles such as the steering handlebar which is difficult to control on oil palm land. there is a movement that has a fairly high risk when operating the tractor. Like turning, this movement has a high enough risk because the operator only uses one hand and the posture looks very bent. This study aims to analyze the operator's posture during the operation of the trailer pivot II using a two-wheel tractor in oil palm plantations. The scope of this study focuses on analyzing posture with the RULA (rapid upper limb assessment) approach. The results of the analysis of the final RULA score obtained for operators A, B and C are still in safe scores, where the average score obtained shows a score of 3 and 4. The final score can be concluded that the operator's posture is classified as safe in the operation of trailer pivot II in oil palm land.
