<![CDATA[Currently, licensing is categorized according to the risk basis of business activities and uses an official system, namely the Online Single Submission Risk Based Approach (OSS-RBA) online, but the system is considered complicated and the public has not been able to adapt to the latest system. The purpose of this study is to find out related to investment licensing which refers to the Job Creation Act. This study uses a normative research method with a statutory and conceptual approach. In licensing related to business entities that will invest when referring to the Job Creation Law or the regulations below, the Government accommodates the risk analysis method for the business activities with the following provisions: a) Identification of business activities; b) Assessment of hazard level; c) Assessment of potential hazards; d) Determination of risk level and business scale rating; e) Determination of the type of business license. Where the risk analysis is a method to classify the appropriate licensing standardization for the activities of a related business entity. The government is expected to provide a forum in the form of institutions in every district, city and province that provide business entity investment licensing services so that centralization does not occur, because if licensing is carried out centrally, it is likely that the mechanism will last a long time and not be optimal.]]>
