<![CDATA[Refugees is one of international law topic that never ends year after year since refugee is a complex topic in international world. These days, not only the rights stated in Convention and Protocol Relating to the Status of Refugees, but also the right to know about their departure status to the state parties are still a problem that need to be fixed, so the other rights can be fulfilled. For example, the departure of refugees in Indonesia in 2021 only about 3% from 13.497 total. The formerland of the research: 1. How is the Indonesia government regulation while handling the refugees? 2. What kind of dilemma that the Indonesia government feel while handling the refugees? The research method used is juridical-normative approach, data analysis used is qualitative method, and the data source is using secondary sources.]]>
