<![CDATA[This research aims to discuss the procedures and problems of clearing in PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk main branch office Jakarta Kota. Clearing operations require precision, and accuracy so that the transaction process can run as efficiently as possible. Clearing must also be carried out with the correct procedure. However, not infrequently during the clearing process, various problems also arise. There are several problems that arise in the implementation of clearing at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Jakarta Kota, such as problems in the case of errors or omissions of the sending participant, the cancellation of transactions by the operator, coding errors, and the occurrence of disturbances in the computer system. This will certainly hinder clearing transactions so that resolution of these problems is needed.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas prosedur dan permasalahan kliring di PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk kantor cabang utama Jakarta Kota. Operasi kliring memerlukan ketelitian, ketepatan dan kecermatan agar proses transaksi dapat berjalan seefisien mungkin. Kliring juga harus dilakukan dengan prosedur yang benar. Namun, tak jarang selama proses kliring, berbagai masalah muncul. Ada beberapa permasalahan yang muncul dalam pelaksanaan kliring di PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Jakarta Kota, seperti permasalahan dalam hal terjadi kesalahan atau kelalaian pengirim, pembatalan transaksi oleh penyelenggara, kesalahan pengkodean serta terjadinya gangguan pada sistem komputer. Hal ini tentunya akan menghambat transaksi kliring sehingga diperlukan penyelesaian atas permasalahan tersebut.]]>
