Quality of work life is a management philosophy that aims to increase employee dignity, introduce cultural changes, provide opportunities for growth and develop employee personal qualities. (Soetjipto, 2017)This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach.The research subject is KH A.Wahab Hasbullah University. The research object is the role of quality work of life to improve lecturer performance by using phenomenological studies. In collecting data, researchers explore information using a questionnaire methodology. the purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between quality of work of life (QWL) and the performance of lecturers at Unwaha. The results of the analysis show that the quality of work life affects performance. This can be seen from the good responses from a number of lecturers. Seven questionnaires were distributed with positive responses.
