<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the application of syirkah contracts and mudarabah contracts to online motorcycle taxi revenues in the Grab application from the Fikih Muamalah perspective. The type of research used in this research is library research with a normative juridical approach. The results of this study indicate that in the perspective of muamalah fiqh, the application of syirkah or musyarakah to online motorcycle taxi revenues in the Grab application is appropriate. The cooperative relationship between Grab and driver-partners includes the form of syirkah 'ina>n, namely an alliance or cooperation where the distribution of the parties involved does not have to be the same, whether in terms of capital, work, or in terms of profits and losses received. The cooperative relationship between Grab and driver-partners has fulfilled the pillars and conditions in the syirkah. The cooperation system between Grab and driver-partners cannot be categorized as a mudarabah contract, because several conditions and pillars of mudarabah are not fulfilled.]]>
