ABSTRAKSkin graft merupakan tindakan pengambilan kulit dari tubuh donor yang telah dipisahkan dari lokasi suplai darah lokalnya ke area lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengamati kesembuhan auto skin graft (ASG) setelah pemberian plasma kaya trombosit (PKT) dan dirawat dengan bio dressing dari kulit Tilapia mozambique (TM) melalui pencitraan ultrasonografi untuk melihat ketebalan jaringan ikat. Penelitian ini menggunakan 6 ekor kucing lokal jantan (Felis catus domesticus ), berumur 1-2 tahun dengan berat badan 2-3 kg yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok perlakuan. Semua kucing dibuat defek berukuran 2x2 cm pada area kaki depan, 4 hari kemudian luka ditutup dengan ASG bersumber dari area abdomen. Perawatan ASG menggunakan bio dressing kulit TM (K-1) dan penambahan PKT disertai bio dressing kulit TM (K-2). Pengamatan pertumbuhan jaringan ikat dibawa kulit donor skin graft menggunakan pencitraan USG dilakukan pada hari ke 21 pasca bedah. Hasil pengamatan dibandingkan kelompok yang diberi PKT beserta bio dressing kulit TM (K-2) dengan perbedaan signifikan (P0,05). Penggunaan PKT beserta bio dressing kulit TM (K-2) menunjukkan pertumbuhan jaringan ikat normal pada hari ke-21 dan memiliki potensi untuk digunakan untuk perawatan ASG. ABSTRACTSkin graft is an act of taking skin from a donor's body that has been separated from the location of its local blood supply to other areas. This aims to observe the healing of auto skin graft (ASG) after administration of platelet-rich plasma (PKT) and treated with bio dressing from Tilapia mozambique (TM) skin through ultrasound imaging to see the thickness of the connective tissue. This study used 6 male local cats (Felis catus domesticus), aged 1-2 years with a body weight of 2-3 kg which were divided into 2 treatment groups. All cats made defects measuring 2x2 cm in the forelegs area, 4 days later the wounds were closed with ASG originating from the stomach area. ASG treatment used skin bio dressing TM (K-1) and addition of PKT accompanied by skin bio dressing TM (K-2). Observation of skin graft connective tissue growth using ultrasound imaging was carried out on the 21st postoperative day. Ultrasound observations showed thicker hyperechoic echogenicity in the ASG treatment using TM skin bio dressing (K-1) compared to the group that was given PKT along with TM skin bio dressing (K-2) with difference significant (P0.05). The use of PKT along with TM skin bio dressing (K-2) showed normal connective tissue growth on day 21 and has the potential to be used for ASG treatment.
