<![CDATA[A device Recad Grading and Engineering System was implemented of PT. Vigano Ciptaperdana in 2019. Operation of the software isn’t optimal because there is no operator and handbook to operate the Recad software. Found Over-size issues in the pattern grading test for Boot with software Recad. The purpose of the final assignment is to be able to know and learn the operation of Recad software and solve Over-size problems in Tata Boot. The observed material is a pattern of Tata Boot Fall Winter that has been done by pattern maker. The method used in the resolution of the issue are experiments using Recad Grading and Engineering System. The root cause is found the difference of 1 mm in vamp and quarter components in the lasting allowance. Experiments are done by changing the Increment and the system size in the Grade Setup menu. The experiment showed that the system size of Chinese is suitablefor grading Recad on the type of boots. Then problem absence of Recad software operators can be solved by a handbook that contains tutorials to facilitate the features that have been provided by Recad software and doesn’t continue to depend on the instructors of other companies.]]>
