The samples used in this study were 4 tablets of cetirizine, 0.1 N hydrochloride as a solvent and a wavelength of 231 nm. From the test results on the samples, the cetirizine levels in the four samples were Ce (96.43%), Sahado (99.65%), Ryv (104.45%), and Oz (101.330%). The results showed that the level of cetirizine in the tablet preparation met the requirements of the Indonesian Pharmacopoeia Edition IV 2014 which was not less than 90% and not more than 110% of the amount stated on the label.
