Cost Effectiveness Analysis dan Kepatuhan Penggunaan Obat Antihipertensi Kombinasi Acei-Diuretik dan ARB-Diuretik Pada Pasien Rawat Jalan Rsud Leuwiliang Bogor Tahun 2015

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness and cost efficiency of the combination therapy of antihypertensive drugs of the ACEI-Diuretic and ARB-Diuretic groups, as well as to assess the effect of the degree of adherence to the decrease in blood pressure. Data were obtained from the patient's medical records and the filling out of the MMAS-8 questionnaire. The results showed that the combination therapy of antihypertensive drugs of the ACEI-Diuretic group is the most effective and cost-effective with the lowest total cost of Rp. 17,224,326.00 and the unit cost value of Rp. 861,216.30. In terms of compliance rate, patients with a high degree of adherence showed a more significant drop in blood pressure compared to patients who had moderate or low compliance rates. Therefore, the conclusion of this study is that the combination therapy of antihypertensive drugs of the ACEI-Diuretic group is more effective and cost-effective, and a high degree of adherence can help lower blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Keywords: Hypertension, ACEI-Diuretics, ARB-Diuretics, Cost Effectiveness Analysis, medication adherence, Effectiveness dan Efficiency                  ABSTRAK Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas dan efisiensi biaya dari terapi kombinasi obat antihipertensi golongan ACEI-Diuretik dan ARB-Diuretik, serta untuk menilai pengaruh tingkat kepatuhan terhadap penurunan tekanan darah. Data diperoleh dari rekam medis pasien dan pengisian kuesioner MMAS-8. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terapi kombinasi obat antihipertensi golongan ACEI-Diuretik paling efektif dan cost-effective dengan total biaya terendah sebesar Rp17.224.326,00 dan nilai unit cost Rp.861.216,30. Dalam hal tingkat kepatuhan, pasien dengan tingkat kepatuhan tinggi menunjukkan penurunan tekanan darah yang lebih signifikan dibandingkan dengan pasien yang memiliki tingkat kepatuhan sedang atau rendah. Oleh karena itu, kesimpulan dari studi ini adalah bahwa terapi kombinasi obat antihipertensi golongan ACEI-Diuretik adalah lebih efektif dan cost-effective, dan tingkat kepatuhan yang tinggi dapat membantu menurunkan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi. Kata Kunci: Hipertensi, ACEI-Diuretik, ARB-Diuretik, Cost Effectiveness Analysis, Tingkat kepatuhan, Effectiveness dan Efficiency.
