This study aims to determine the best employee selection based on the 4 criteria used so that it will produce the best employee decision model using the SAW method. The results of the best employee recommendations can be a reference for employees in improving employee performance, as well as being a consideration for leaders in evaluating employee performance. The results of the ranking calculation, Sumiati was chosen as the best employee recommendation by getting a final score of 95 as ranking 1 in the selection of the best employees at the Momnnaura Online Store. Rank 2 was obtained by Burhan with a final score of 88, Rank 3 was obtained by Hana with a final value of 81.0834, and Rank 4 was obtained by Ayuk with a final value of 80.25.
