<![CDATA[Abstrak Asuransi pertanian penting dilakukan karena ketidakpastian yang menyerang hampir seluruh petani di Indonesia sehingga potensi untuk terjadinya gagal panen menjadi sangat tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganlisis mekanisme pelaksanaan AUTP di desa Sidamulya dan untuk mengetahui persepsi petani terhadap asuransi usaha. Medode enelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dan sempel yang digunakan yaitu petani yang mendaftar menjadi peserta asuransi. Hasil penelitian Mekanisme asuransi pertanian di desa Sidamulya, kecamatan Wanasari Kabupaten Bebes berjalan dengan baik namun sosialisasi tentang program masih kurang menyeluruh kesemua petani dan petani menilai proses pengajuan klaim agak sulit dan pembayaran ganti rugi sering terlambat. Persepsi petani terhadap asuransi usaha tani padi (AUTP) terbagi atas 3 yaitu : (1)Persepsi Petani Terhadap Organisasi Pelaksanaan Asuransi Usaha Tani Padi (AUTP) pada kategori setuju, (2)Persepsi Petani Terhadap Pelaksanaan Asuransi Usaha Tani Padi (AUTP) pada kategori setuju, (3)Persepsi Petani Terhadap Monitoring, Evaluasi, dan Pelaporan Asuransi Usaha Tani Padi (AUTP) pada kategori setuju Kata kunci: Persepsi, Asuransi, Padi Abstract gricultural insurance is important because of the uncertainty that affects almost all farmers in Indonesia, so the potential for crop failure is very high.The purpose of this study is to analyze the mechanism for implementing AUTP in Sidamulya village and to determine farmers' perceptions of business insurance. This research method uses descriptive quantitative methods. The population and sample used are farmers who register as insurance participants. The results of the study The agricultural insurance mechanism in Sidamulya village, Wanasari sub-district, Bebes district went well, but the socialization of the program was still not comprehensive. All farmers and farmers assessed that the claim submission process was rather difficult and compensation payments were often late.
