<![CDATA[This research reveals that the implementation of e-learning during the Covid-19 pandemic can be managed professionally to be effective and efficient, so that schools are not just survives, but instead become excellent schools. This research method uses a qualitative approach with an analytical evaluative method, data based on observations and interviews which are analyzed by triangulation. The results of this study; 1. The development of (IEI) becomes more advanced and excellent. 2. Managing of E-Learning in a professional manner, to be effective and efficient, to improve professionalism and performance and in line with the changes and demands that arise in the world of education today. 3. Principals (Head of Schools) collaborate with teachers, in completing and perfecting the task of acting as educators, managers, administrators, supervisors, innovators, and motivators. 4. The school has sufficient tools, media, and learning resources for; a) Excellent service to customers b) A pleasant e-learning climate or atmosphere. c). Development of quality teaching materials. d) The leadership of principals and teachers is focused on substantive matters that are favorite, excellent schools. It can be concluded that the professional management of E-Learning carried out will bring the continuity of the teaching and learning process in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, even it can be carried out effectively and efficiently it will bring schools to excellence.]]>
