ANALISIS PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM KESEHATAN IBU DAN ANAK DI PUSKESMAS KABAWO KABUPATEN MUNA TAHUN 2020

Abstrak Latar Belakang Data dari World Health Organization (WHO) mengenai status kesehatan nasional pada capaian target Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) menyatakan secara global sekitar 830 wanita meninggal setiap hari karena komplikasi selama kehamilan dan persalinan, dengan tingkat AKI sebanyak 216 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup. Target AKI berdasarkan MDGs tahun 2015 adalah 102/100.000 kelahiran hidup, tetapi target tersebut belum dapat tercapai sehingga pemerintah kembali menargetkan AKI tahun 2019 menjadi 306/100.000 kelahiran hidup, tentunya dengan penetapan target tersebut harus diiringi dengan peningkatan pelayanan kesehatan ibu hamil, ibu melahirkan dan pelayanan bayi baru lahir (WHO, 2019). Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk menggali informasi yang lebih dalam tentang Program KIA melalui analisis di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kabawo Kec. Kabawo Ka. Muna tahun 2020. Metode penelitian ini adalah  kualitatif dengan pendekatan Purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dikumpulkan dengan teknik indepth interview (wawancara mendalam) dan observasi langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Input pada program KIA di Puskesmas Kabawo dari segi jumlah tenaga sudah cukup baik dan untuk fasilitasnya belum cukup memadai. Tenaga yang digunakan adalah bidan PNS. Dana yang digunakan dalam program KIA bersumber dari BOK dan BPJS. Proses Perencanaan Program KIA sudah cukup baik dan Pelaksanaan pada program KIA di Puskesmas Kabawo belum berjalan dengan baik. Output pencapaian cakupan program KIA di Puskesmas Kabawo belum memenuhi cakupan target yang ditandai dengan capaian program KIA di Puskesmas masih sangat rendah dan dibawah 100%. Saran kepada Pemerintah daerah agar dapat mengalokasikan sejumlah dana untuk pengadaan falisitas sarana dan prasarana di Puskesmas Kabawo dalam menunjang serta membantu terlaksananya kegiatan pelayanan KIA secara optimal dan dapat mencapai target dan diharapkan kepada pihak Puskesmas Kabawo agar lebih meningkatkan pelayanan Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak (KIA) sehingga dapat memberikan pelayanan yang optimal kepada masyarakat. AbstractBackground Data from the World Health Organization (WHO) regarding national health status at the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) target states that globally around 830 women die every day due to complications during pregnancy and childbirth, with an MMR rate of 216 per 100,000 live births. The MMR target based on the 2015 MDGs is 102/100,000 live births, but the target has not been achieved so that the government is again targeting the MMR in 2019 to be 306/100,000 live births, of course with the setting of these targets must be accompanied by increased health services for pregnant women, mothers giving birth and newborn care (WHO, 2019). The purpose of this study was to explore deeper information about the MCH program through analysis in the working area of the Kabawo Health Center, Kec. Kabawo Ka. Muna in 2020. This research method is qualitative with a purposive sampling approach. Data collection was collected by using in-depth interview techniques and direct observation. The results showed that the input to the MCH program at the Kabawo Health Center in terms of the number of personnel was quite good and the facilities were not sufficient. The personnel used are civil servant midwives. The funds used in the MCH program come from the BOK and BPJS. The MCH program planning process is quite good and the implementation of the MCH program at the Kabawo Health Center has not gone well. The output of the achievement of the MCH program coverage at the Kabawo Health Center has not met the target coverage, which is indicated by the MCH program achievement at the Puskesmas is still very low and below 100%. Suggestion to the local government in order to allocate a number of funds for the procurement of facilities and infrastructure at the Kabawo Health Center in supporting and assisting the implementation of MCH service activities optimally and achieving targets and it is hoped that the Kabawo Health Center will further improve Maternal and Child Health (MCH) services so that it can provide optimal service to the community.
