Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui pengaruh persepsi harga, Word of Mouth dan Customer Satisfaction terhadap Purchase Intention Mixue di Cibubur. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Mixue yang berdomisili di Cibubur. Besar sampel untuk penelitian ini adalah 130 responden. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner yang disebar melalui Google form dan menggunakan teknik pemilihan sampel convenience sampling dalam pengumpulan data. Pengolahan data penelitian menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1. Harga berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention. 2. Word Of Mouth berpengaruh positif terhadap Purchase Intention. 3. Customer Satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap Purchase Intention. This study aims to examine and determine the effect of perceived price, Word of Mouth and Customer Satisfaction on Purchase Intention Mixue in Cibubur. This study's population consists of Mixue customers who live in Cibubur. The sample size for this research is 130 respondents. The data used in this study is primary data obtained from the results of questionnaires distributed through the Google form and collected using a convenience sampling technique. Research data processing using SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that: 1. Price has a significant positive effect on Purchase Intention. 2. Word of Mouth has a positive effect on Purchase Intention. 3. Customer Satisfaction has a positive effect on Purchase Intention.
