PT Menjahit Mimpi Indonesia, a company that focuses on the convection sector, has problems with providing information about the production progress of customer heads that are less effective and efficient. This system for providing information to customers was previously only informed by the admin via chat on social media. But now a solution has been created, namely using spread sheet media so that customers can more easily monitor existing production progress. The existing production progress design has been explained in the DFD level 0.1 to 2 design. With the existing solutions, it is hoped that customer satisfaction, trust, and customer loyalty will increase for PT Menjahit Mimpi Indonesia.]]>
