<![CDATA[The high cases of pregnancies with hepatitis have motivated servants to raise this issue in community service activities. The purpose of this activity is to increase the understanding of mothers and families to prevent transmission to families and babies. The activity method carried out was focus group discussion to agree on activities with the puskesmas, midwives and kedar. Adding material on pregnancy with hepatitis in classes for pregnant women and counseling for couples of pregnant women who are HBsAG positive. The activity was carried out at the Pare Kediri Health Center UPTD from 22 May to 18 June 2023. As a result of the activity, 15 pregnant women were given education about hepatitis in pregnancy. The formulation of a plan for prevention of transmission and safe delivery that is mutually agreed upon by pregnant women and their families. It is suggested for future caregivers so that lebis can reach classes of pregnant women who have not received education about hepatitis in pregnancy and continue to monitor until the delivery period, especially not to continue giving HBIG before 24 hours and also the importance of having an HBsAg test done on babies aged 9 months to ensure the child is not infected with hepatitis .]]>
