Abstract

Building Mental and Spiritual Immunity in Facing the Covid 19 pandemic. I believe that Zoom and other virtual platforms are here to stay in a post Covid world and that it is useful for me to reflect on how movement adapted to a virtual environment can serve to build resilience in our communities.
