<![CDATA[This study aims to identify the influence of the workforce, the industrial processing sector and the quality of education on economic growth. The research method uses multiple linear regression test panel data, which covers 38 regencies/cities of East Java Province for the 2013-2021 period. The results of the study show that labor has a positive and insignificant effect on economic growth, while the manufacturing sector has a positive and significant effect on economic growth, and for the quality of education it has a negative and significant effect on economic growth. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh tenaga kerja, sektor industri pengolahan dan kualitas pendidikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Metode penelitian menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda data panel, yang mencakup 38 kabupaten/kota Provinsi Jawa Timur periode 2013-2021. Hasil penelitian mengemukakan jika tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, sedangkan sektor industri pengolahan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan untuk kualitas pendidikan memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi.]]>
