Perceived Value, Service Quality, and Heritage Tourism Effect to Revisit Intention of Guest

Abstract

This research aims to check the influence of perceived value, service quality, and heritage tourism on revisit intention in heritage hotels. This is explanatory research that explains the link between a dependent variable and three independent variables by submitting a hypothesis. This research used a sample of 100 respondents via questionnaire. The samples were respondents who have visited Hotel Pelangi in Malang, East Java, Indonesia. Data were analyzed with multiple linear regression using SPSS 25 program. The test result of three hypotheses concluded that perceived value has no significant effect on revisit intention while service quality and heritage tourism have a significant effect on revisit intention. This research is expected to become a reference for further research regarding hotel heritage and Hotel Pelangi to improve and enhance their business performance in the future.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh nilai keuntungan, kualitas pelayanan dan wisata bersejarah terhadap minat berkunjung kembali di hotel heritage. Ini adalah penelitian penjelasan yang menjelaskan hubungan antara variabel dependen dan tiga variabel independen dengan mengajukan hipotesis. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden melalui kuesioner. Sampel adalah responden yang pernah mengunjungi Hotel Pelangi di Malang, Jawa Timur, Indonesia. Data dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 25. Hasil pengujian ketiga hipotesis menyimpulkan bahwa perceived value tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali sedangkan kualitas pelayanan dan wisata heritage berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali. penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi untuk penelitian selanjutnya mengenai hotel heritage dan Hotel Pelangi untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kinerja bisnisnya di masa yang akan datang.
