Analisis Potensi Bahaya Pekerja di TPA Jatibarang Kota Semarang

Abstract

Abstrak Tempat Pemrosesan Akhir Jatibarang menerima sampah 900 hingga 1000 ton per hari, terdapat berbagai bahaya dalam tempat pemrosesan akhir. Riset ini bertujuan menganalisis potensi risiko bahaya keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada pekerja di tempat pemrosesan akhir Jatibarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif observasional. Sampel diambil menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Besar sampel berjumlah 10 orang. Sumber data mengunakan data primer berupa kuesioner dan lembar observasi, data sekunder mengunakan dokumen perusahaan. Analisis identifikasi resiko potensi bahaya menggunakan Hazard Identification Risk Assesment and Risk Control. Hasil penelitian potensi bahaya tempat pemrosesan akhir adalah bahaya fisika, kimia, biologi, ergonomi dan psikologis. Potensi bahaya yang ada seperti radiasi komputer, tertabrak kendaraan, getaran, kebisingan, menghirup gas kimia, tergigit hewan, jam kerja yang panjang, kegiatan duduk yang lama dan kegiatan membungkuk berulang. Pengendalian risiko salah satunya penggunaan alat pelindung diri yang sesuai, pemberian alat mengurangi sampah, pembuatan struktur kerja lebih efektif, istirahat beberapa menit, dan pelebaran akses jalan kendaraan. Kata kunci : Gangguan Kesehatan, Bahaya, Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Abstract The Jatibarang Final Processing Site receives 900 to 1000 tons of waste per day, there are various hazards in the Final Processing Site. This research aims to analyze the potential risk of occupational safety and health hazards to workers at Jatibarang final processing site. This study uses a descriptive observational method. Samples taken using purposive sampling method. Sample size is 10 people. Data sources use primary data in the form of questionnaires and observation sheets, secondary data use company documents. Analysis of potential hazard risk identification using Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control. The results potential hazards of the final processing site are physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic, and psychological hazards. Potential hazards include computer radiation, being hit by vehicles, vibration, noise, inhaling chemical gases, being bitten by animals, long working hours, prolonged sitting activities, and repetitive bending activities. Risk control includes using appropriate personal protective equipment, providing tools to reduce waste, making work structures more effective, resting for a few minutes, and Separation of entry and exit of vehicles.
