<![CDATA[Abstrak. Hotel syariah menawarkan fasilitas sesuai dengan nilai Islam dan mencegah praktik perzinaan, minuman keras, dan perjudian. Dengan menerapkan syarat-syarat ketat bagi tamu pengunjung, hotel ini mendorong konsumen untuk tidak melanggar hukum. Akan tetapi, Banyak hotel syariah Bandung belum memenuhi ketentuan DSN MUI Fatwa 108/DSN-MUI/X/2016. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengelolaan dan pelaksanaan industri perhotelan syariah. Hotel Narapati Indah Syariah salah satu hotel yang banyak diminati oleh Wisatawan Muslim, mengemukakan bahwa kepuasan terjadi saat seseorang membandingkan persepsinya terhadap kinerja suatu hal. Peneliti memilih Hotel Syariah Narapati Indah Syariah Bandung Raya sebagai objek penelitian untuk mengevaluasi pelayanan Syariah yang sesuai dengan prinsip Islam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari faktor yang mempengaruhi minat kunjungan wisatawan muslim di hotel tersebut di Kota Bandung. Penulis ingin meneliti kualitas pelayanan Hotel Narapati Indah Syariah di Kota Bandung yang sesuai dengan hukum Islam. Metode survei digunakan dengan penulis membagikan kuesioner untuk pengumpulan data. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dekorasi, fasilitas, dan pelayanan hotel berpengaruh terhadap pilihan wisatawan untuk menginap. Semakin baik dekorasi dan ornamen suatu hotel, semakin baik pelayanan dan fasilitas yang tersedia, maka akan meningkatkan keputusan para pengunjung untuk menginap. By implementing strict conditions for visiting guests, this hotel encourages consumers not to break the law. However, many Bandung Sharia hotels do not comply with the provisions of the DSN MUI Fatwa 108/DSN-MUI/X/2016. This research focuses on the management and implementation of the Sharia hospitality industry. Hotel Narapati Indah Syariah is one of the hotels that are in great demand by Muslim tourists, suggesting that satisfaction occurs when someone compares his perception of the performance of a thing. Researchers chose Hotel Syariah Narapati Indah Syariah Bandung Raya as the object of research to evaluate Sharia services in accordance with Islamic principles. The purpose of this research is to look for factors that influence the interest of Muslim tourists to visit these hotels in the city of Bandung. The author wants to examine the service quality of the Narapati Indah Syariah Hotel in the city of Bandung in accordance with Islamic law. The survey method was used with the authors distributing questionnaires for data collection. This study uses a type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the decoration, facilities, and hotel services affect the choice of tourists to stay. The better the decorations and ornaments of a hotel, the better the services and facilities provided, it will increase the visitor's decision to stay. This study uses simple regression analysis carried out with the following steps: test the validity and reliability of questionnaire data, and normality test using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov method.
