<![CDATA[Before the pandemic there were several complaints about the lack of human resources at the Immigration Office Class III of Non-Control Border Kotabumi, the delivery of notifications that were not clear, still complicated with bureaucratic matters for public services, and the lack of information at the office. This thesis is the result of a study that aims to determine the Evaluation of Passport Application Services using the CIPP research model (context, input, process, and product) proposed by Daniel Stufflebeam in 1970 and provide suggestions regarding efforts to overcome the problems of passport application services in the Immigration Office Class III of Non-Control Border Kotabumi. This thesis uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The main objective of qualitative research is to explore the state of a context by focusing on an in-depth and detailed description of the situation in a natural context (Natural Setting). By using the CIPP research model (context, input, process, and product) 1970. The research results obtained are 1. Context evaluation : implementation of services and innovations well and lack of information on the office website. 2. Evaluation of inputs : lack of Human Resources (HR), facilities and infrastructure still need improvement and the budget is well realized. 3. evaluation Process : the service provided is good and the delay is due to the applicant's lack of requirements. 4.
