<![CDATA[ABSTRAK                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              Vaksinasi atau imunisasi adalah cara sederhana, aman, dan efektif untuk melindungi seseorang dari penyakit berbahaya, sebelum bersentuhan dengan agen penyebab penyakit. Imunisasi dasar penting bagi bayi dan anak agar terlindungi dari berbagai penyakit berbahaya lain yang sudah ada selama ini. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengetahuan ibu dalam hal terkait dengan imunisasi pada anak. Metode yang akan digunakan yaitu dengan melakukan penyuluhan kepada ibu-ibu yang memiliki bayi untuk penyampaian terkait imunisasi. Hal tersebut bertujuan untuk pengumpulan data, analisis data, penyajian data, merumuskan pembahasan dan kesimpulan. Hasilnya diketahui bahwa sebagian besar peserta Posyandu Ganjar Agung memiliki tingkat pengetahuan baik saat pre test dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 15 orang atau sebesar 68,2%. Namun setelah diberikan penyuluhan terkait imunisasi pada anak tingkat pengetahuan peserta posyandu Ganjar Agung saat post test memiliki tingkat pengetahuan baik meningkat dengan jumlah siswi sebanyak 21 orang atau sebesar 95% serta diketahui bahwa sebagian besar peserta posyandu Ganjar Agung berumur 0-9 bulan sebanyak 18 anak atau sebesar 63,6% dan Sebagian berumur 10-18 bulan atau sebesar 36,4%. Pada hasil pemeriksaan pertumbuhan yang dilihat dari penimbangan berat badan dan tinggi badan didapatkan seluruh anak di Posyandu Ganjar Agung diketahui pertumbuhannya sesuai dengan usia atau sebesar 100%. Kata kunci: Imunisasi, bayi, PosyanduABSTRACT Vaccination or immunization is a simple, safe, and effective way to protect someone from dangerous diseases, before they come into contact with disease-causing agents. Basic immunization is important for infants and children so that they are protected from various other dangerous diseases that have existed so far. The purpose of this study was to find out the knowledge of mothers in matters related to immunization in children. The method to be used is by conducting counseling to mothers who have babies for delivery related to immunization. It aims to collect data, analyze data, present data, formulate discussions and conclusions. The results show that most of the Ganjar Agung Posyandu participants have a good level of knowledge during the pre-test with a total of 15 participants or 68.2%. However, after being given counseling related to immunization to children, the knowledge level of the Ganjar Agung Posyandu participants during the post test had a good level of knowledge, which increased by 21 students or 95% and it was found that most of the Ganjar Agung Posyandu participants were aged 0-9 months as many as 18 children or 63.6% and some aged 10-18 months or 36.4%.
