<![CDATA[The result of this study to determine the structure of assets, profitability, company size and sales growth has a simultaneous effect on the value of property and realestate companies that go public in BEI period 2009 - 2011, and to determine the asset structure, profitability, company size and sales growth has a partial effect on the value of property and realestate companies that go public in BEI period of 2009 - 2011. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research using kuantitatf approach. The data used is the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) edition in 2009 until the year 2011 there were 18 companies property and realestate. Sources of data obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory .. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression statistical analysis. The results that the variable structure of assets, profitability, Company Size, Sales Growth simultaneously significant effect on the Company's Corporate Value Property and Realestate in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results also show that the variable size of the company dominant influence on the variable value of the Company. Results of the analysis the coefficient of determination value and Realestate Property Company in Indonesia Stock Exchange can be explained by the variable asset structure, profitability, Company Size, Sales Growth Keywords: Capital Structure, Corporate Value ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui struktur aktiva, profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan, dan pertumbuhan penjualan memiliki pengaruh secara simultan terhadap nilai perusahaan property dan realestate yang go public di BEI periode 2009 – 2011, dan untuk mengetahui struktur aktiva, profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan, dan pertumbuhan penjualan memiliki pengaruh secara parsial terhadap nilai perusahaan property dan realestate yang go public di BEI periode 2009 – 2011. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah explanatory research (penelitian eksplanatori) dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatf. Data yang digunakan adalah Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) edisi tahun 2009 sampai tahun 2011 terdapat 18 perusahaan property dan realestate. Sumber data diperoleh dari Indonesian Capital Market Directory.. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variable Struktur aktiva, Profitabilitas ,Ukuran Perusahaan, Pertumbuhan Penjualan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada Perusahaan Property dan Realestate di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh dominan terhadap variabel Nilai Perusahaan. Hasil analisis koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa Nilai Perusahaan Property dan Realestate di Bursa Efek Indonesia mampu dijelaskan oleh variabel Struktur aktiva, Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan, Pertumbuhan Penjualan.
