<![CDATA[Abstrak: Kebijakan Hutang sebagai Determinan Kinerja Perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebijakan deviden, kebijakan hutang, kepemilikan institusional dan struktur aset terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Metode purposive sampling digunakan untuk menentukan sampel sebesar 118 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI selama tahun 2010-2012. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi multipel. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kebijakan hutang memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan dan kebijakan deviden, kepemilikian institusional serta struktur aktiva tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Abstract: Debt Policy as the Determinant of Company Performance. This research aimed to determine the effect of dividend policy, debt policy, institutional ownership and asset structure on firm performance. Purposive sampling method was employed for determining the research sample. The sample used were manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the years 2010-2012 as many as 118 companies. The analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis. The analysis showed that the debt policies affect the performance of the company. Dividend policy, institutional ownership and asset structure do not affect the performance of the company.]]>
