PERAN BUDAYA KERJA DAN ETOS KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA PUSKESMAS KASIMBAR

AbstractThe research aims to determine the role of Working Culture and Work Ethic on Officers’ Performance at the Kasimbar Public Health Center. This type of research is casual research. The independent variable is the working culture (X1) and work ethic (X2), while the dependent variable is the officers’ performance (Y). The collection methods used observations,interview, and distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population in this research amounted to 45 people. Because the population is relatively small, the researchers took all officers’ to be respondents or by the census method. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, F test, and t test. Working culture variables and work ethic simultaneously having a significant affect on officers’ performance at the Kasimbar Public Health Center, Working culture variables having a significant affect on officers’ performance at the Kasimbar Public Health Center, and Work ethic variables having a significant affect on officers’ performance at the Kasimbar Public Health Center.Keywords: Working Culture, Work Ethic, and Officers’ Performance. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran budaya kerja dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Puskesmas Kasimbar. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausal. Variabel independen adalah budaya kerja (X1) dan etos kerja (X2), sedangkan variabel dependen adalah kinerja pegawai (Y). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 45 orang. karena jumlah populasi relatif sedikit maka peneliti mengambil semua pegawai untuk dijadikan responden atau dengan metode sensus. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda, uji F dan uji T. Variabel budaya kerja dan etos kerja secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Puskesmas Kasimbar, variabel budaya kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Puskesmas Kasimbar, dan variabel etos kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Puskesmas Kasimbar.
