To determine the effect of compensation and work culture on employee performance at the Burger King Store area BK 86. This research is included in the causal associative research category using a quantitative approach. The research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents who were all employees of Burger King Store Pondok Bambu and Burger King Store Lagoon Avenue. simultaneous and simple linear regression analysis methods. The research results state that compensation and work culture simultaneous have a positive effect on employee performance. and partially states that compensation and work culture influence employee performance at the Burger King Store area BK 86
