Paskibra is a flag-raising troop carried out by a group of young people, especially students who raise the red and white flag to foster a spirit of nationalism, love for the motherland and defending the country, courage and leadership, discipline and noble character. Raising the flag at the Yaspend Swadaya Center school will not go well if the selected paskibra candidates do not meet the specified requirements. As a result, the selection procedure needs to be carried out precisely and correctly. Yaspend Swadaya Center is an institution engaged in the field of education. The subjectivity of decision making is one of the issues that often arises in the selection process for prospective paskibra members at the Yaspend Swadaya Center. To build a decision support system that uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Method and Profile Matching to answer the problems mentioned above and assist the Paskibra committee in the process of selecting Paskibra members according to the requirements needed. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was chosen to look for criteria and sub-criteria weights, while the Profile Matching Method was chosen to identify as well as rank prospective Paskibra members, aiming to reduce subjectivity and make the selection process more precise.
