<![CDATA[Informatics Engineering is one of the study programs at Pamulang University. This study program has approximately 6000 students who have completed their education at Pamulang University. However, until now, there is no communication forum that is able to accommodate alumni from this study program, the goal is to facilitate communication with one another. This research aims to build a short messaging application based on the Android operating system. So that several supporting platforms are added in managing the application, namely Android studio, Kotlin, Emulator and Text Editor. This short message application was developed using Android Studio software. The system development methodology used is based on the system development life cycle and the waterfall model approach and literacy as well as from various literature studies, data collection and application design. This short message application includes sending short messages, sending pictures, sending videos and sending other files. The main target is Pamulang University Informatics Engineering alumni who aim to facilitate communication with one another. and this application implements that alumni have an organized and structured forum so that friendly ties are established between alumni so that close relationships are created with one another.]]>
