PERBANDINGAN GAMBARAN MIKROSKOPIK KERUSAKAN HEPAR DAN GINJAL TIKUS WISTAR YANG DIBERI MADU INTRAABDOMINAL SEBAGAI ANTIADHESI

Abstract

ABSTRACT Background: Honey is a non-pharmacological agent that has various effects, one of which is anti-adhesion. In a previous study, Jambi forest honey administered intraperitoneally was proven to be used as an anti-adhesion after laparotomy. But like other traditional medicines, high doses of honey orally can cause damage to the liver and kidneys. Objectives: to investigate the effect of honey given intraperitoneally. Methods: This research is a laboratory experimental study that uses a randomized controlled design method using a post test only control group design pattern, where previous studies have been carried out with Wistar male white rats and continued with paraffin blocks. The paraffin block group consisted of 3 groups. The control group was NaCl 0.9% 3ml, the honey group was 0.27 ml, and the honey group was 0.54 ml. Then histopathological preparations were made. Observations were made with a light microscope with 100X and 400X magnifications. Data were analyzed by Kruskal-Wallis test. Results: Histology of the kidney. The average degree of hemorrhage in group A, group B was mild, and group C was mild. Interstitial inflammation in all groups showed mild. Histology of the liver. The mean sinusoidal dilatation in group A, group B was mild, and group C was mild. Lobular inflammation showed that all groups were mild Conclusions: Intra-abdominal forest honey as anti-adhesion is relatively safe because it can not cause kidney and liver damage. Keywords: Jambi forest honey, antiadhesion, kidney, liver, histology ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Madu merupakan agen nonfarmakologi yang memiliki efek beragam salahsatunya antiadhesi. Pada penelitian sebelumnya madu hutan Jambi yang diberikan secara intraperitoneal terbukti bisa digunakan sebagai antiadhesi pasca laparotomi. Namun layaknya obat tradisional lainnya, madu dosis tinggi secara oral bisa menyebabkan kerusakan pada hepar dan ginjal. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui efek madu yang diberi secara intraperitoneal. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental laboratorik yang menggunakan metode rancangan acak terkontrol dengan menggunakan pola post test only control group design, dimana telah dilakukan penelitian sebelumnya dengan hewa coba tikus putih jantan wistar.dan dilanjutkan berupa blok parafin. Kelompok blok parafin terdiri dari 3 kelompok. Kelompok kontrol NaCl 0,9% 3ml, kelompok madu 0,27 ml, dan kelompok madu 0,54 ml. Kemudian dibuat preparat histopatologi. Pengamatan dilakukan dengan mikroskop cahaya perbesaran 100X dan 400X. Data dianalisa dengan uji Kruskal-Wallis. Hasil: Gambaran histologi ginjal. Rerata derajat hemorage pada kelompok A, kelompok B ringan, dan kelompok C ringan. Inflamasi interstitial pada semua kelompok menunjukan ringan. Gambaran histologi hepar. Rerata dilatasi sinusoid pada kelompok A, kelompok B ringan, dan kelompok C ringan. Inflamasi lobular menunjukan semua kelompok didapatkan ringan. Kesimpulan: Pemberian madu hutan intraabdominal sebagai antiadhesi relatif aman karena dapat tidak menyebabkan kerusakan ginjal dan hepar.
