<![CDATA[Every company must try to achieve its production targets. For that we need things that can maintain and improve the quality of human resources in the company to give employee motivation. Motivating the work of employees the goal is so that employees can complete their work according to the target. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence between reward and punishment on employee motivation. The research method used is the quantitative method and the method of data collection is by distributing questionnaires to employees in the Cikarang area, Bekasi, West Java. The test in this study is the partial effect test and the simultaneous influence between the reward (X1) and punishment (X2) variables on motivation (Y). The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant partial effect between rewards on work motivation and punishment on work motivation, and there is a positive and significant simultaneous effect, namely the reward and punishment variables jointly affect the work motivation of employees. Therefore, it is important for companies to always manage their human resources by increasing the motivation of employees so that they are always productive in completing company targets.]]>
