This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style and work stress on employee performance mediated by employee satisfaction at PT. Immortal Shining Brother. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis and verification method. The sample of this research are security employees of PT. The Shining Immortal Brothers which numbered 30 people. Collecting data using a questionnaire distributed to all respondents. Data analysis using correlation coefficient test, reliability test. Data processing uses a PLS-based SEM approach with SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study suggest that only employee satisfaction and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Immortal Shining Brother. This study contributes to literacy by examining the relationship between the variables of transformational leadership style, job stress, job satisfaction and employee performance. This research has shown that low employee satisfaction and high job stress have a negative effect on employee performance.
