<![CDATA[This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of education and training and role clarity partially and simultaneously on the performance of treasurers in Tamalate District and Makassar District in Makassar City Government. The population in this study amounted to 28 treasurers at the Makassar City government consisting of 13 people in Tamalate District and 15 people in Makassar District, so this study used a sampling design method with a population study approach or a census study with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results showed that: 1) The results of multipleregression analysis showed that the variables of education and training had a positive and significant effect of 0.510 on the performance of treasurers in Tamalate District and Makassar District in Makassar City Government. 2) The results of multiple regression analysis indicate that the role clarity variable has a positive and significant effect of 0.422 on the performance of treasurers in Tamalate District and Makassar District in MakassarCity Government. 3) The results of multiple regression analysis show that training and role clarity have a simultaneous positive and significant effect of 81.3% on the performance of treasurers in Tamalate District and Makassar District in Makassar City Government.]]>
