AbstractComplete Systematic Land Registration is one of the efforts echoed by the government in order to achieve success of land data collection throughout Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the success rate of the implementation of Complete Systematic Land Registration in the City of Cirebon, and the efforts made to achieve the level of success of Complete Systematic Land Registration in the City of Cirebon. The research method used is empirical juridical law research, analyzed qualitatively and conclusions are drawn using deductive logic. The implementation of PTSL in Cirebon City meets the complete city which is second in West Java Province. The success rate towards the implementation of the land has supporting factors. Efforts made to achieve the success rate of Complete Systematic Land Registration in Cirebon City are to increase the Implementation of PTSL officers, provide a patok at the land boundary, create a communication network to the village, Rukun Tetangga and Rukun Warga.Keywords: success;  complete systematic land registrationAbstrakPendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap salah satu upaya yang digaungkan pemerintah guna mencapai keberhasilan pendataan tanah di seluruh Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan terhadap pelaksanaan Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap di Kota Cirebon, dan upaya yang dilakukan guna mencapai tingkat keberhasilan Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap di Kota Cirebon. Dipergunakan metode penelitian hukum yuridis empiris, dianalisis secara kualitatif kemudian pengambilan kesimpulan mempergunakan logika deduktif. Pelaksanaan PTSL di Kota Cirebon memenuhi Kota lengkap yang dimana menjadi urutan kedua di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Adapun tingkat keberhasilan terhadap pelaksanaan tanah memiliki faktor-faktor pendukung. Upaya yang dilakukan guna mencapai tingkat keberhasilan Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap di Kota Cirebon yakni menambah Pelaksana petugas PTSL, memberikan patok pada batas tanah, membuat jaringan komunikasi kepada pihak kelurahan, Rukun Tetangga dan Rukun Warga.Kata kunci: keberhasilan; pendaftaran tanah sistematis lengkap
