Pengaruh Sikap Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja (Studi Pada Petugas Parkir Binaan Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Garut)

Abstract

ABSTRACT The research background is based on the existence of unsatisfactory elements related to the Work Productivity of Parking Officers assisted by the District Transportation Service. Garut must be improved. The aim of the research is to examine the influence of work attitudes on work productivity. The methods used in this research are descriptive methods and associative methods for data analysis techniques using simple correlation tests and coefficient of determination tests. From the results of data analysis, a coefficient of determination was obtained of 0.218, which interprets the coefficient of determination of Work Attitudes on Work Productivity to be between 0 and 1 or 01, meaning that the influence of Work Attitudes on the rise and fall of Work Productivity is 22% and the remaining 78% is influenced by factors. others that were not researched such as skill levels, productivity management and labor efficiency. Meanwhile, based on the results of the hypothesis test (t test), the t value obtained > t table or (5.010 > 1.986) is strengthened by the ρ value < sig. 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). meaning that H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted, this shows that there is a partially significant influence between Work Attitude and Work Productivity of Parking Officers assisted by the Garut Regency Transportation Service. Keywords: Work Attitude, Work Productivity ABSTRAK Latar belakang penelitian didasari dengan adanya unsur–unsur yang kurang memuaskan terkait dengan Produktivitas Kerja Petugas Parkir Binaan Dinas Perhubungan Kab. Garut sehingga harus ditingkatkan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Sikap Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan metode asosiatif untuk dan teknik analisa data menggunakan uji korelasi sederhana serta uji koefisien determinasi. Dari hasil analisa data diperoleh koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,218, yang menginterpretasikan koefisien determinasi Sikap Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja berada diantara 0 dan 1 atau 0< 0,218 >1 artinya pengaruh Sikap Kerja terhadap naik turunnya Produktivitas Kerja sebesar 22% dan sisanya sebesar 78% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti seperti Tingkat keterampilan, Manajemen produktivitas dan Efisiensi tenaga kerja. Sementara berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis (uji t) diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (5,010 > 1,986) yang diperkuat dengan nilai ρ value < sig. 0,05 atau (0,000 < 0,05). artinya H₀ di tolak dan H₁ diterima, hal ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial antara Sikap Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Petugas Parkir Binaan Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Garut.
