<![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh efikasi diri, pengetahuan kewirausahaan, dan motivasi kewirausahaan terhadap keberhasilan usaha UMKM F&B di Jakarta Barat. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh UMKM di bidang F&B di Jakarta Barat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak lima puluh orang pemilik UMKM. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan kemudian data diolah dengan SmartPLS versi 4.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah variabel efikasi diri, pengetahuan kewirausahaan, dan motivasi kewirausahaan berpengaruf positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha UMKM F&B di Jakarta Barat. The purpose of this study is to test the influence of self-efficacy, entrepreneurial knowledge, and entrepreneurial motivation on the success of F&B MSME businesses in West Jakarta. The population of this study is all MSMEs in the F&B field in West Jakarta. The sample in this study was fifty MSME owners. The sampling method used is non probability sampling with purposive techniques. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and then the data is processed with SmartPLS version 4.0. The results of this study are variables of self-efficacy, entrepreneurial knowledge, and entrepreneurial motivation with a positive and significant impact on the success of the F&B MSME business in West Jakarta.]]>
