PENGARUH MEMBATASI MOBILITAS KERETA API GUNA MENCEGAH COVID-19 DENGAN UJI-T BERPASANGAN (PAIRED SAMPLE T-TEST)

ABSTRACT. Director General of the World Health Organization (WHO) Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus officially announced COVID-19 as a pandemic, on March 11, 2020. To prevent the spread of the corona virus in Indonesia, a Work From Home (WFH) policy, Large-Scale Social Restrictions ( PSBB), as well as limiting people's mobility from one area to another. One of the mobility that has been built is PT Kereta Api Indonesia which can reduce long distance train (KA) trips. Due to the dangers of the corona virus and the issuance of government policies, residents swiftly comply with the policies that have been issued. Therefore, it is necessary to know whether there is an effect of passenger volume on economy class trains before and after the risk of mobility. The method used for the known data was paired sample t-test. The decision obtained is that there is an influence on the volume of economy class Train (KA) passengers before and after the mobility group.Keywords: passenger volume, coronavirus, paired sample t-test. ABSTRAK. Direktur Jenderal Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia atau World Health Organization (WHO) Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus secara resmi mengumumkan COVID-19 sebagai pandemi, pada 11 Maret 2020. Untuk mencegah penyebaran virus corona di Indonesia dibuatlah kebijakan Work From Home (WFH), Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB), serta membatasi adanya mobilitas masyarakat dari satu daerah ke daerah lain. Salah satu mobilitas yang dibatasi adalah PT Kereta Api Indonesia yang langsung mengurangi sejumlah perjalanan Kereta Api (KA) jarak jauhnya. Karena bahayanya virus corona dan dikeluarkannya kebijakan pemerintah, warga dengan sigap mematuhi kebijakan yang sudah dikeluarkan. Oleh sebab itu, perlu diketahui apakah ada pengaruh volume penumpang Kereta Api (KA) kelas ekonomi sebelum dan sesudah adanya pembatasan mobilitas. Metode yang digunakan untuk data yang diketahui adalah uji-t berpasangan. Keputusan yang diperoleh adalah ada pengaruh volume penumpang Kereta Api (KA) kelas ekonomi sebelum dan sesudah adanya pembatasan mobilitas.Kata Kunci: volume penumpang, virus corona, uji-t berpasangan.
