Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze (1) Quality of service, brand image, and customer satisfaction at J&T Express in Tasikmalaya (2) Effect of Service Quality and Brand Image simultaneously on customer satisfaction at J&T Express in Tasikmalaya (3) Effect of Service Quality and Brand Image partially on customer satisfaction at J&T Express in Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a descriptive method with a survey approach, with a consumer sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis tool uses multiple regression equations. The results showed that service quality and brand image simultaneously affect customer satisfaction at the J&T Express Tasikmalaya expedition service company. Service quality partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at the J&T Express expedition service company in Tasikmalaya City. Brand Image partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at the shipping company J&T Express Tasikmalaya City Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis (1) Kualitas pelayanan, brand image, dan kepuasan pelanggan pada J&T Ekspress di Tasikmalaya (2) Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Brand Image secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada J&T Ekspress di Tasikmalaya (3) Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Brand Image secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada J&T Ekspress di Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan survey, dengan sampel konsumen yang berjumlah 100 responden. Alat analisis data menggunakan persamaan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan brand image secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada perusahaan jasa ekpedisi J&T Express Tasikmalaya. Kualitas pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan pelanggan pada perusahaan jasa ekspedisi J&T Express Kota Tasikmalaya. Brand Image secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada perusahaan ekspedisi J&T Express Kota Tasikmalaya.
