Word Of Mouth Dan Harga Dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Keputusan Penggunaan Jasa Grab Car Di Garut

Abstract

Abstract The development of online transportation cannot be separated from word of mouth and price which are the basis for consumers to use online transportation services, which have recently begun to increasingly compete with similar companies, including transportation service companies that still operate conventionally. This research aims to find out the influence of word of mouth and price on decisions to use Grabcar services in Garut. The method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive and associative approach. The research sample was 96 respondents who owned and had used the Grabcar application. The sampling technique uses NonProbability Sampling. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with a Likert scale which had been tested for validity and reliability. The analytical method used in this research is the multiple linear regression analysis method with SPSS 29. The research results show that there is a significant and positive influence of word of mouth and price on the decision to use Grabcar services in Garut. In conclusion, if the message through word of mouth is better and the prices are more competitive, it will increase consumer decisions to use Grabcar services. Keywords: Grabcar, price, usage decisions, word of mouth Abstrak Perkembangan transportasi online tidak terlepas dari word of mouth dan harga yang menjadi landasan konsumen untuk menggunakan jasa transportasi online yang akhir-akhir ini mulai semakin ketat bersaing dengan perusahaan sejenis, termasuk dengan perusahaan jasa transportasi yang masih beroperasi secara konvensional. Penelitian.ini.bertujuan.untuk mengetahui.pengaruh word.of.mouth dan harga terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa.Grabcar di.Garut. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan asosiatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 96 responden yang memiliki dan pernah menggunakan aplikasi Grabcar. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan NonProbability Sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert yang sudah dilakukan uji validitas dan reabilitasnya. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS 29. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh signifikan dan positif word of mouth dan harga terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa Grabcar di Garut. Kesimpulannya apabila pesan melalui word of mouth semakin baik dan harga semakin kompetitif maka akan meningkatkan keputusan konsumen menggunakan jasa Grabcar.
