<![CDATA[Abstract: The role of the Communications and Information Service in the continuity of access to information for the Asahan community is very important. The more important the role played by the Communications and Information Service, the more necessary it is for the public to know more about the Asahan Regency Communications and Information Service. However, the problem that occurs at the Asahan Regency Communication and Informatics Service Office is that there is a lack of slogans or identification marks for the office, so that people who visit the Communication and Informatics Service often ask questions about the truth of the office. Therefore, it is necessary to add additional identification from the Asahan Regency Communications and Information Service office. The implementation of Mobile Based Running Text is Arduino based and can be connected via Bluetooth to use it, of course this is considered very flexible with the aim of being able to be put to good use later by the relevant agencies. Abstrak: Peran Dinas Kominfo terhadap keberlangsungan akses informasi masyarakat Asahan sangat penting, semakin penting peran yang diemban oleh Dinas Kominfo maka semakin perlu juga masyarakat untuk lebih mengetahui tentang Dinas Kominfo Kabupaten Asahan. Namun permasalahan yang terjadi di Kantor Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Asahan adalah kurang adanya slogan atau tanda pengenal kantor tersebut sehingga kerap terjadi pertanyaan masyarakat yang berkunjung ke Dinas Komunikasi dan informatika bertanya tentang kebenaran kantor tersebut. Oleh karena itu perlu ditambahkan identitas pengenal tambahan dari kantor Dinas Kominfo Kabupaten Asahan. Implementasi Mobile Based Running Text berbasis Arduino dan dapat dikoneksikan melalui bluetooth untuk menggunakannya, tentunya hal ini dianggap sangat fleksibel dengan tujuan agar dapat dimanfaatkan dengan baik nantinya oleh instansi terkait.
