Porang is the biological riches of Indonesian tubers and used as food and exported as industrial raw materials. One way to increase production is to cultivate porang on peatlands. Peatland has several problems, namely low nutrients and pH, so it is necessary to add soil amendments and organic fertilizers, one of which is rice husk charcoal and chicken manure. This study were to obtain the best doses of chicken manure and husk charcoal on the growth and yield of porang plants on peat media. This research was conducted during 6 months starting from September 2022- February located at Jl. Purnama II, Kota Baru, South Pontianak District, Pontianak City. The method used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 6 treatments, 4 replicates and each replicate consisted of 3 samples, namely the dose of manure + husk charcoal consisting of: a: 10 tons + 30 tons, b: 15 tons + 25 tons, c: 20 tons + 20 tons, d: 25 tons + 15 tons, e: 30 tons + 10 tons, f: 35 tons + 5 tons. The variables observed in this study were plant height (cm2), number of shoots, stem diameter (mm), time of emergence of bulbils (days), number of bulbils (seeds), canopy width (cm), harvest age (days), weight of tubers planted (g) and the diameter of the first tuber (cm2). The implementation of the research included the preparation of husk charcoal, manure, seeds and planting media, storage, maintenance and harvesting. The results showed that the addition of rice husk charcoal and rice husk charcoal had a significant effect on plant height (cm), stem diameter (mm), weight of tubers planted (g) and the diameter of the first tuber (cm) but had no significant effect on the number of shoots, the number of bulbils (seeds), the time of emergence of bulbils (days) and harvest age (day). Salah satu cara meningkatkan produksinya adalah dengan membudidayakan porang dilahan gambut. Lahan gambut memiliki beberapa masalah yaitu hara dan pH yang rendah sehingga perlu ditambahan bahan pembenah tanah dan pupuk organik, salah satunya adalah arang sekam dan pupuk kandang ayam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan dosis terbaik pupuk kandang ayam dan arang sekam terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman porang pada media gambut. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 6 bulan September 2022- Februari 2023 yang berlokasi di Jl. Purnama II, Kota Baru, Kecamatan Pontianak Selatan, Kota Pontianak.metode yang digunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap( RAL ) dengan 6 perlakuan, 4 ulangan dan masing masing ulangan terdiri dari 3 sampel, yaitu dosis pupuk kandang + arang sekam terdiri dari : A: 10 ton + 30 ton, B: 15 ton + 25 ton,C: 20 ton + 20 ton, D: 25 ton + 15 ton, E: 30 ton + 10 ton, F: 35 ton + 5 ton. Variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah tinggi tanaman ( cm), jumlah tunas, diameter batang (mm), waktu munculnya katak (hari), jumlah katak (biji), lebar kanopi (cm), umur panen (hari), berat umbi pertanaman (g) dan diameter umbi pertanmaan (cm). Pelaksanaan penelitian meliputi persiapan arang sekam, pupuk kandang, benih dan media tanam, penanaman, pemeliharaan dan pemanenan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian arang sekam dan arang sekam berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman(cm), diameter batang (mm), berat umbi (g)dan diameter umbi (mm) tetapi berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap jumlah tunas, jumlah katak (biji), wakrtu munculnya katak (hari)dan umur panen(hari).
