<![CDATA[This study aims to conduct a study to explore the theoretical and employee job satisfaction relationship with organizational culture and factors that influence the use of various sources reviuw literature theory and journals - journals. Based on the literature reviuw goals that must be achieved before the job satisfaction obtained is money, prestige, status, security, recognition, a sense of belonging, and creativity. Job satisfaction can be improved in three ways, on the premise that workers feel they are appreciated in his work, namely : increasing the hope that workers can obtain the desired value, increase worker confidence that he is doing the work that gives the results of value, raising the fulfillment according to the value his work .]]>
