The Effect of Entrepreneurship Competence and Entrepreneurial Motivation Toward The Performance of Project Consultants at Consultant Services Companies in Parepare, supervised by Saban Echdar and Zainuddin Mustapa. The study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of entrepreneurial competence toward the performance of project consultants in consulting service companies in Parepare (2) the effect of entrepreneurial motivation toward the performance of project consultants in consulting service companies in Parepare (3) the effect of entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurship motivation toward project consultancy performance at a consulting service company in Parepare. This study uses a survey approach with a population of 175 companies consisting of 12 large qualification companies, 30 medium qualification companies, and 123 small qualification companies. The sample in this study was 73 companies using a random sampling method. Analysis of data using quantitative techniques obtained from the results of the questionnaire using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that (1) entrepreneurial competence had a positive and significant effect toward the performance of project consultants in consulting service companies in Parepare. This is shown in the results of the t-test (t count 4.291> t table 2.070) (2) entrepreneurial motivation had a positive and significant effect toward the performance of project consultants in consulting service companies in Parepare. This is indicated by the results of the t-test (t count 5.452> t table 2.070), and (3) entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial motivation have positive and significant effect toward the performance of project consultants in consulting service companies in Parepare by obtaining the F test results (F count value of 61,628 and the significant level F is 0,000) Pengaruh Kompetensi Kewirausahaan dan Motivasi Berwirausaha Terhadap Kinerja Konsultan Proyek pada Perusahaan Jasa Konsultan di Kota Parepare, dibimbing oleh Saban Echdar dan Zainuddin Mustapa. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis (1) pengaruh kompetensi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja konsultan proyek pada perusahaan jasa konsultan di Kota Parepare (2) pengaruh motivasi berwirausaha terhadap kinerja konsultan proyek pada perusahaan jasa konsultan di Kota Parepare (3) pengaruh kompetensi kewirausahaan dan motivasi berwirausaha terhadap kinerja konsultan proyek pada perusahaan jasa konsultan di Kota Parepare. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan survey dengan populasi sebanyak 175 perusahaan yang terdiri atas 12 perusahaan kualifikasi besar, 30 perusahaan kualifikasi menengah, dan 123 perusahaan kualifikasi kecil. Sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 73 perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling (acak). Analisa data menggunakan teknik kuantitatif yang diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kompetensi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja konsultan proyek pada perusahaan jasa konsultan di Kota Parepare. Hal ini ditunjukkan pada hasil uji t (nilai thitung 4,291 > ttabel 2,070) (2) motivasi berwirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja konsultan proyek pada perusahaan jasa konsultan di Kota Parepare. Hal ini ditunjukkan pada hasil uji t(nilai thitung 5,452 > ttabel 2,070), dan (3) kompetensi kewirausahaan dan motivasi berwirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja konsultan proyek pada perusahaan jasa konsultan di Kota Parepare dengan memperoleh hasil uji F (Nilai Fhitung sebesar 61,628 dan tingkat signifikan F adalah 0,000)
