<![CDATA[ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of professional competence and the organizational climate of lecturers simultaneously and partially on the performance of STIE Rahmaniyah Sekayu lecturers. The data used primary data from the results of distributing questionnaires to 49 respondents, namely lecturers of management study programs and accounting study programs at STIE Rahmaniyah Sekayu. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that the simultaneous professional competence and organizational climate influence the performance of lecturers by 0,000 <sig α = 0.05. Partially professional competence has a significant effect on lecturer performance by 0,000 <sig α = 0,05 and organizational climate has a significant effect on lecturer performance by 0,017. Keywords: Professional Competence, Organizational Climate, Performance  ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi profesional dan iklim organisasi dosen secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kinerja dosen STIE Rahmaniyah Sekayu. Data yang digunakan data primer dari hasil menyebarkan kuisioner pada 49 responden yaitu dosen program studi manajemen dan program studi akuntansi di STIE Rahmaniyah Sekayu. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menujukkan hasil bahwa secara simultan kompetensi profesional dan iklim organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dosen sebesar 0,000 < sig α = 0,05.
