This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial creativity to the interest in entrepreneurship in Student S1 Management 2019-2020 Yos Soedarso University. The population was from 2019 to 2020 Extension Management Students S1 having undergone four semesters of the 75 students selected by accidental sampling technique. The primary data collection using questionnaires and secondary data collection using literature. Testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple Linera analysis with significance α = 5%. (0:05). The results of this study addressed that secar partial and simultaneous knowledge of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial creativity significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship Students S1 Extension Management 2019-2020 Yos Soedarso University. R Square is 0,751, which means that 73.5% interest in entrepreneurship dipengaruhui very closely by knowledge of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial creativity, while 26% is explained by other factors not included in this study variables.
