Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui diagram blok sistem kontrol pengaduk, fungsi transfer sistem kontrol pengaduk dan  pola distribusi suhu gabah pada alat pengering. Diagram blok sistem kontrol pengaduk tersusun atas komponen penyusun sistem kontrol. Fungsi  transfer sistem kontrol pengaduk diperoleh dengan melakukan penelitian karakteristik masing-masing komponen penyusun sistem kontrol. Pola distribusi suhu gabah dalam tabung pengering diperoleh dengan menganalisis persamaan panas dimensi tiga menggunakan sistem koordinat silinder. Diagram blok sistem kontrol pengaduk tersusun atas blok sensor suhu 1, sensor suhu 2, potensiometer, mikrokontroler, optocoupler, transistor, relay, motor AC, pengaduk dan proses pengadukan. Fungsi transfer sistem kontrol pengaduk adalah perbandingan antara output alat pengering berupa suhu gabah dengan input pergeseran potensiometer. Pola distribusi suhu gabah menunjukkan bahwa suhu mengalami fluktuasi dari sumber panas sampai kulit dan tutup tabung pengering. Seiring bertambahnya waktu, fluktuasi berkurang sehingga distribusi suhu gabah menunjukkan pola steady-state. Kata kunci: diagram blok, fungsi transfer, pola distribusi suhu AbstractThe research aimed to determine block diagram of mixer control system, the  transfer function of mixer control system and the pattern of temperature distribution on the dryer. The block diagram of the mixer control system was composed of components of the mixer control system. The characteristics of each control system component  were studied to determine  the transfer function of the mixer control system. The pattern of temperature distribution in the tube dryer was obtained by analyzing the three dimensional heat equation using a cylindrical coordinate system.  The block diagram of the mixer control system was composed of block of temperatur sensor 1, temperatur sensor 2, potentiometer, microcontroller, optocoupler, transistor, relay, AC motor, mixer and block of mixer process. Transfer function of mixer control system was the ratio of the output of paddy dryer in the form of paddy temperature, were the input was potentiometer rate variations. The distribution pattern of paddy temperature showed that the temperature decreased with the temperature fluctuation from the heat generation to dryer tube cover. The fluctuation decreased with increasing time, so the paddy temperature distribution showed steady-state pattern. Keywords: block diagram, transfer function, pattern of temperature distribution
