ANALISIS PENGARUH CEO HUBRIS TERHADAP KINERJA PERUSAHAAN

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa apakah ada pengaruh antara CEO Hubris terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan yang diperkuat oleh interaksi dari CEO Tenure (CET), CEO Ownership (COW), Independent Commissiner Ratio (ICR) dan Commissioner Board Size (CBS). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 103 data dari 100 perusahaan public pada tahun 2018-2019 yang terdaftar pada KOMPAS 100, yang diambil dengan metode purposive sampling. Data diperoleh dari Laporan Keuangan tahunan perusahaan tahun 2018 dan 2019 yang diakses melalui www.idx.co.id. Hasil Penelitian menemukan CEO Hubris tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan (KP). Sedangkan interaksi antara CEO Hubris (CEOH) dengan CEO Tenure (CET) memperkuat pengaruh positif terhadap CEO Hubris (CEOH). Untuk interaksi antara CEO Hubris (CEOH) dengan CEO Ownership (COW), Independent Commissiner Ratio (ICR) dan Commissioner Board Size (CBS). Abstract This study aims to analyze whether there is an influence between CEO Hubrison Firm Performance which is strengthened by the interactionof CEO Tenure (CET), CEO Ownership (COW), Independent Commissiner Ratio (ICR) and Commissioner Board Size (CBS). This research is a quantitative research. The sample used in this study consistedof 103 data from 100 public companies in 2018-2019 registered at KOMPAS 100, which were taken by purposive sampling method. Data is obtained from the company'sannual financial statements for 2018 and 2019 which are accessed through www.idx.co.id. The results of the study found that CEO Hubris did not have a significant effect on Firm Performance (KP). Meanwhile, the interaction between CEO Hubris (CEOH) and CEO Tenure (CET) strengthens the positive influenceon CEO Hubris (CEOH). For the interaction between CEO Hubris (CEOH) and CEO Ownership (COW), Independent Commissiner Ratio (ICR) and Commissioner Board Size (CBS).
